I have no idea what Oscar is - apart from a great dog, of course. We were told that he was a Staffy cross. Well, he's daft enough, but not really Staffy shaped. His brindle and white coloring could come from Staffies, but also Greyhound - and he runs like one. But with German Shepherd ears - and he has also had anal furunculosis, which was not nice, but which is also associated mainly with GSD's. I don't mind at all that he is not pedigree. He is a very loving, giving, rewarding dog. And he is dog-shaped, happy, and healthy - at least physically, and at least most of the time, though he has had more than his share of problems! He had a cocked claw, he has throat problems, he has had surgery on a stomach problem, and on a wound to his front leg. He is best friends with our vet! As I write this - on Bonfire Night! - he is shivering under my desk. I will make a big fuss of him tomorrow - like every day. Please let me know what you think of Oscar!
