I would love to draw your pet, or you, or anything else! The information below shows how much I would charge for doing so from photographs supplied by you, in the UK. I charge by size of the finished picture. Of course if you do want me to do five dogs, I reserve the right to specify a minimum size at which I would attempt it - for five dogs this would probably be 16" x 20"! For overseas rates, please send me an e-mail For payment, you have a choice. You could send me a cheque, made out to "R N Ebdon", or use Paypal, from this site or from your own account - payments sent to bobebdon[at]colourpencilart.co.uk will reach me. For UK orders, I do not ask for payment though until you have something in your hands you are happy with - no deposit required. Overseas commissions I will ask for a 50% non-returnable deposit when I e-mail you scans of the finished work for approval. If you have received your portrait, and are happy with it, you could pay by clicking on the Donate button below - this will take you to your Paypal account. |

| One last point - I work from your photos, mostly, though for a small fee I can often arrange to come and take my own. Please enquire if you think this may be possible. One reason I prefer to do this is that so many people send me snapshots that I cannot use. A picture of your dog in the distance is no good to me. Similarly if you stand up and take one of it laying at your feet, this will not make a good portrait. Please try to get within 6 feet, and level with the subject - down on the floor if necessary! The other reason I prefer to take the pictures is that it gives me a feel for the subject, I get to know a little bit about what the animal or person is like - which is important, and which shows in the final portrait. | ||||||||||||||

Vouchers I can arrange to have a voucher for a portrait sent to any address that you wish. This will not reveal details of cost, but will entitle the recipient to one standard portrait, of the size that you nominate. When they send me photos, they will need to quote a number on the voucher. When they have received their portrait, I will invoice the sender for the cost of the portrait - as usual, my "No Glee, No Fee" guarantee applies. |
