I am very sorry to have to say that I am no longer taking any commissions. I am developing osteoarthritis in my fingers, and the right hand especially, and this makes it quite painful for me to draw. So I am afraid that I am reserving that pain for pictures that I want to do, rather than pictures you want me to do. I am sure that a quick Google will find loads of other great artists who will be able to meet your needs.
